How many people travel in a group?

Generally, our trips are anywhere between 15 - 25 people. Our members are people from all over the world; a typical trip with 25 people will have up to ten different nationalities! A love for travel and a desire to get away from the everyday routine of life is what unites us.

What if I want to plan a family trip?

Our trips are designed with options for everyone. Escape Travels plans trips for anyone and everyone, with itineraries suiting individuals, or whole families. Travelers as young as six and up to 65 have joined us on our adventures. Escape Travels suggests itineraries to satsify your needs whether you are a family or an individual travelling for the first time. 

I'm traveling alone but signed up for a twin room, who will I be sharing a room with?

Escape Travels has a "match-up system", ensuring you save money and make a friend on the trip! If you sign up for a trip as an individual, we will match you up with another member of the same sex and close to your age. Of course, there is always an option of staying in a single room if you prefer your privacy.

Who books the flights?

Each traveler is responsible for booking their own flight, and Escape Travels takes care of the rest! There is flight information for each trip (airline, flight number) to make booking a breeze. 

What is included in an Escape Travels trip?

Upon arrival to your destination, everything is arranged. This means you do not need to think about airport pickup, transportation, sightseeing, or accomodation...and can concentrate on the fun stuff! Some trips have a few meals included with your dietary preferences in mind. 

Can you arrange a customized trip for me? 

Escape Travels has a set list of the trips on offer. Nonetheless, we can plan a customized trip for groups of 15 or more. We have done corporate retreats, school field trips, and destination family reunions too! Contact us for further information on unique private packages.

What about visas and travel insurance?

It is each traveler's responsibility to arrange their own  visa. We will help you throughout the process, and provide  hotel reservation letters if needed. Check out the Travel Resources section to see the contact information for embassies and consulates.

Travel insurance is the traveler's responsibility. To arrange tavel insurance for any of our trips, simply contact any travel agent in your city of residence.

What is the refund policy? 

Escape Travels has a refund policy for all travelers. Please refer to our cancellation and refund policy for all information regarding refunds.
